Eligibility
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).
Trial-size samples, gift cards, and final sale or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless.
Returns for international orders may be restricted or subject to additional fees; please contact customer service for details.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Provide order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description. We will evaluate and, when approved, issue a replacement, exchange, or refund (including original shipping, if applicable).
Do not dispose of damaged items until instructed by customer service.
How to Return
Contact our Returns Team via email with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions within 3 business days.
Pack the item securely in original packaging where possible.
Ship the package using the carrier and method specified in the return instructions. Keep your tracking number.
Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
If you received free shipping on your original order and return reduces your order below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Undelivered Returns
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Use a traceable shipping method and retain tracking information until your return is confirmed received.
Hygiene & Safety
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products for routine reasons. If you believe a product is defective, contact us with photos and details for review.
